 We provided full Quantity Surveying services on the transformation of Henry Wood House—a 76,000 sq ft mid-century office building in central London. Our role included early cost planning, procurement advice, and commercial management throughout the fit-out. Working closely with the client and design team, we safeguarded budgets while enabling the building’s distinctive mix of restored terrazzo, fluted timber, and bespoke joinery to come to life.

 We delivered combined Quantity Surveying and Employer’s Agent services for the fit-out of Douglas House, a 40,000 sq ft workplace in Fitzrovia. From early-stage budgeting and procurement through to contract administration and handover, we managed commercial risk, project delivery, and client interests—supporting a bold, design-led transformation into one of London’s most distinctive workspaces. 

 We provided combined QS and Employer’s Agent services for the partial fit-out of York House on Pentonville Road, delivering a new cellularised workspace across the ground floor and levels 1–3. Our role included budget management, procurement, contract administration, and close coordination with the client and design team to ensure high-quality delivery aligned with commercial goals
